VIPcolor label printers rewinder
The VIPColor VP series unwinder and rewinder accommodate labels up to 220mm (8.66″) wide and can handle rolls with an external diameter of up to 250mm (9.84″), rewinding or unwinding onto a 76mm (3″) core holder. The printer’s feet must be positioned into the designated “U” slits for the UV1234-S4 model or “R” slits for the RV1234-S4 model to ensure safe attachment and proper unwinding.
Suitable for all VIPColor VP750, VP600 all other VP7xx, VP6xx, VP5xx label printer models.
This system is crucial for production lines where preserving label appearance is paramount. The VIPColor unwinder and rewinder feature adjustable speed controls with two buttons that set the maximum speed, while the tension arm automatically adjusts from zero to the set speed. The control panel provides options for rewinding labels face-in or face-out.
Upon completion of unwinding or rewinding, the device stops automatically when the tension arm contacts the base, and an acoustic signal indicates that the label rolls are ready.
