Designed for integration with the OKI Pro 1050, 1040 Series Label Printers, the Matrix Remover is a comprehensive system that efficiently removes waste material from pre-die-cut media, label rewinder it onto a 3″ cardboard core with the finished labels facing out. This unit includes an external auto-switching 100/240VAC – 2.5A at 24V power supply and an electronic circuit to manage operations. It ensures perfect bleed labels on pre-die-cut media by cleanly removing waste from your designs. The process facilitates the production of seamless, edge-to-edge printed labels on rolls, simplifying and speeding up the task. Additionally, an optional slitter module (MTXSLT170) can be added to divide the media into narrower rolls.
