DURA CORE Print Unit
The DURE CORE printhead is designed for short, medium and high volume industrial grade printing. It features technology that delivers resolutions up to 1600 x 1600 dpi and print speeds up to 68 m/minute. The printhead supports print widths up to 324mm and uses water-based pigment inks to produce bright crisp colours. It features ink recirculation to maintain print quality and reduce downtime. Gulmen Digital has integrated The DURA CORE into multiple machines for reliable and high quality industrial printing, ensuring efficient production and consistent results.

Flexo station
Flexo station – the printing process is using a rubber metering roller, transferring ink onto the Anilox roller then onto the printing plate which then onto the substrate, equipped with water-based flexographic ink, UV ink or clear varnish and UV over laminate. Printing is done from the flexo plate after exposure. Anilox roll options include standard lpi/cm engraving or GTT with channel engraving.
The flexo unit from Gulmen is ideal to install inline generally print down white prior CMYK digital printing and post print, spot printing or clear vanish/UV overlaminate. The flexo station is designed to handle different inks special colours Gold/Silver/Orange/Green etc. Uv curing or IR drying system to handle different substrates and ink types.

One of the main advantages of using a semi-rotary die-cutting station is its ability to handle a wide range of label sizes, starting from a minimum of 80 mm. Turret Rewinder Station
The Turret Rewinder Station is used for fast and efficient rewinding of self-adhesive labels.
The Turret Rewinder Station is great for long process and short/small rolls, say with 25.4mm/38mm/40mm/50mm cores. The core change cycle for printed rolls can be a big downtime for long run production, and this is where the turret system is great. You can run production on the first rewinder while the second rewinder is unloaded and reloaded for the next cycle, this system improves production by at least 30-40%.
