BOLT head unit

The Bolt printhead is designed for short Medium and high-volume, industrial-grade printing. It features technology that delivers resolutions up to 1600 x 1600 dpi and print speeds up to 135m/meters per minute lower resolution. The printhead supports printable widths up to 324mm and uses water-based Pigment ink for vivid sharp colours. It features ink recirculation to maintain print quality and reduce downtime. Gulmen Digital has integrated The Bolt into multiple machines for reliable, high-quality industrial printing, ensuring efficient production and consistent results.

Semi-rotary Die Station

The semi-rotary die-cutting station is an important advantage for label production machines, especially when integrated with in-line digital label printing. This configuration provides a highly cost-effective solution that optimizes production for large runs, such as 20,000 labels or more. One of the main advantages of using a semi-rotary die-cutting station is its ability to handle a wide range of label sizes, starting from a minimum of 80 mm. This flexibility makes it ideal for the efficient production of different types of labels.

Turret Rewinder Station

The Turret Rewinder Station is used for fast and efficient rewinding of self-adhesive labels.
The Turret Rewinder Station is great for long process and short/small rolls, say with 25.4mm/38mm/40mm/50mm cores. The core change cycle for printed rolls can be a big downtime for long run production, and this is where the turret system is great. You can run production on the first rewinder while the second rewinder is unloaded and reloaded for the next cycle, this system improves production by at least 30-40%.
