This machine is designed to unwind and remove the label matrix from a die-cut label roll. It features one or more cutting blades for slitting and can rewind the processed labels onto a 3″ motorized core holder. This matrix remover and slitter can handle rolls with a maximum diameter of 9.84″ and a width up to 9.45″, producing label rows no narrower than 0.86″.
Additionally, the machine can function solely for matrix removal or as a slitting system.
The operations of matrix removal and slitting can be performed simultaneously, making it an ideal machine specifically for managing die-cut label rolls and meeting all slitting requirements.
