• The Lab 420 is designed to cut sizes from A4 to A2 in sheets, stepped out cut and crease file (PLT or DXF) from small boxes, pizza boxes, cake boxes etc.
• The machine is fully automatic, with a precision vacuum feeder equipped with suction cups feed onto the conveyor bed.
• The feeder has an intelligent camera to pick up eye registration marks to position sheets to the location for cutting on the conveyor bed.
• The feeder can contain large number of sheets depending on thickness of the cardboard or self-adhesive sheets.
• The machine can cut up to 3mm in thickness.
• The delivery has a simple sheet delivery station to collect the completed sheets and piled up to package and send to a client.
• The HMI 7″ touch panel, has capabilities to store up to 1000 live jobs and jobs can be recalled via simply searching for the job no in the job saved inventory library .
• The machine is a plug and play unit, machine is on wheels can be wheeled in and out for the light maintenance requirement.
• Machine has its own power supply 240V max 10amp, 3 pin standard socket to plug onto a wall socket.
