This adsorbed sheet cutter combines vacuum feeding, digital cutting, and back creasing in a single compact unit. The vacuum adsorption feeding system with anti-static device holds sheets flat during processing, while the four-row pressure bar and double-knife wheel indentation tool deliver precise, stable cuts and clean back creases across a wide range of substrates.
The professional double-knife design supports back indentation — creating scored, foldable creases from the reverse side of the sheet for cleaner packaging folds without damaging the printed surface. A 7″ capacitive touchscreen and CCD camera with Mark or QR code recognition streamline job setup and registration.
Applications
Paper bags and envelope bags, table tags, hang tags and swing tags, packaging bags, card coupons, packaging boxes, stickers and labels, and any short-to-medium run digital finishing where die-free precision cutting is required.
Compatible Materials
Jam paper, coated paper, sticker stock, kraft paper, PVC, PET, and card stock up to 400gsm.
Software Compatibility
Ships with CutArtist companion software and integrates with CorelDRAW and Illustrator via plug-in — allowing designers to send cutting files directly from their existing design workflow. Files are stored on-board (128MB internal storage) and can be triggered by scanning printed marks or QR codes.
Connectivity
USB, U disk, WLAN and WiFi — no fixed network dependencies. Files can be loaded via USB or transferred wirelessly.
