The GD QuantumFlex Hybrid is a hybrid modular production system designed for industrial label & packaging manufacturing applications. The machine combines multiple production technologies within a single inline solution and can be configured with several integrated modules depending on production requirements. Its flexible architecture allows the system to operate as a complete printing and finishing line that includes digital inkjet printing, flexographic printing, laminating, varnishing, die cutting, slitting, rewinding, and finishing processes in one workflow. The modular design makes the QuantumFlex Hybrid suitable for labels, flexible film packaging, coffee bag substrates, and other roll to roll applications requiring high precision and production efficiency. The system supports both UV and hot air or IR drying technologies while maintaining stable servo driven operation across all production stages.
Reel to Reel Digital Label Finisher
The machine can cut and laminate simultaneously. Inline lamination ensures superior protection and finish quality, while the advanced Accreon Matrix Removal System enables high-speed waste stripping, compacting the matrix into a neatly wound roll and operating efficiently and cleanly.
The machine can be equipped with an additional printing unit, as the entire design is a hybrid model.
