The machine unwinds large parent rolls, guides the material through precision knives, and cuts the web longitudinally with adjustable slitting widths. Typical capabilities include a maximum web width around 370 mm and a slitting speed up to 350 m/minute, making it suitable for self-adhesive labels, film, paper, or similar substrates used in sticker production. The machine supports various knife types, including circular and razor options, and allows for multiple slitting positions to meet different product specifications.
A key advantage is the automatic tension control system and air shaft design, which stabilises the web tension and ensures uniform roll quality on the rewinder side.
