Inline Flood Varnish for Taurus and Aries Label Finishing Machines
The Flood Varnish Module delivers a full-surface premium coating inline with your Taurus or Aries (ARS2) label finishing machine. Retrofittable onto existing machines, it integrates a full rotary flexographic station with UV lamp, adding a consistent, high-quality varnish coat to every label without slowing production.
Flood varnish applies a full coating across the entire label surface, enhancing print quality, improving durability and adding perceived value to the finished product. The inline flexographic station integrates directly into the finishing workflow — no separate pass required.
When varnish is not required, the flexographic unit can serve as a single-colour printing station operating inline — no hardware changes needed.
