Retrofit Module for Taurus and Aries Label Finishing Machines
Add prestige and extra value to your printed labels with this superior finishing module. Retrofittable onto both the Taurus and Aries (ARS2) label finishing machines, this versatile unit supports flood varnish, spot varnish and cold foil applications in a single inline pass at speeds up to 100m/min.
In flood mode, the entire label surface is coated for a consistent premium finish. In spot mode, selective areas are coated to create contrast and highlight key design elements. Cold foil application adds a metallic effect without the need for hot stamping equipment.
The flexographic unit can alternatively serve as a single-colour printing station operating inline with the machine. An optional slot is also available for installing a Corona treatment device.
