Double Wall Cup Paper Production Machine

The medium-speed paper cup production machine is designed with two turning plates that streamline the entire cup-forming process, boosting productivity. It incorporates an automatic lubrication system, sensor monitoring, and a malfunction auto power-off feature to enhance safety. The bottom pre-feeding system ensures minimal waste by optimizing the use of bottom paper, allowing for stable operation regardless of paper quality.

The cup bottom is sealed using a Ceramic Hot Air System, featuring Swiss-imported Leister heating elements, while cup side sealing is handled by an ultrasonic system. A uniquely engineered bottom knurling system and single shaft reduce leakage, ensuring high-quality paper cups. The drive system operates on a stable gear mechanism with an innovative Open Cam design, maintaining stability even at high speeds.

To further enhance efficiency, the machine includes an automatic cup collecting, stacking, and counting system. The die-cut bottom paper is fed directly into the finished cup body, reducing malfunctions and increasing output.

This advanced paper cup production equipment forms the outer sleeve for paper cups and bowls, creating a hollow double wall that provides effective heat insulation. Working Process

The process starts with pre-feeding and edge welding of the outer sleeve paper, followed by folding the paper bottom, glue spraying, and combining it with the inner cup, pressing them together firmly before cup delivery.

This machine allows for flexible production, enabling easy cup size adjustments by changing molds. It can produce both ripple and hollow double wall cups. The outer sleeve sealing is achieved using ultrasonic technology, while the automatic lubrication system ensures stable operation at high speeds. The design is user-friendly, featuring a DELTA PLC system and a FLEXEM touch screen for seamless control. Additionally, an integrated system for automatic cup collecting, stacking, and counting enhances productivity, with only one operator needed to manage the process.
