The laser beam method of Anycut-I is so flexible and simple that any existing cut path can be cut out, with no special tooling need. The laser beam simply follows the cut path of any label artwork previously created in ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS or similar software.
The quality of the labels is guaranteed by the combination of the latest laser technology and vision system, minimizing errors during the cutting process. Anycut-I can simultaneously laminate and remove scrap paper, reducing time and costs. Laminating films can increase the durability and level of luster of labels.
When labels are cut out barcodes, numbering, QR codes, full and half cuts, sheet die cutting, date and time can be directly marked on the labels through an exclusive software program. In one hour Anycut-I can cut 5.000 labels, is easy to operate and it can be installed in a small space.

What is laser cutting?
Laser cutting system is contactless type cutting system using laser beam. Unlike other light, due to low scattering rate and high linearity, laser can concentrate large energy on small area. This concentrated energy is adjusted to desired location and cuts label media.
How much is laser cutting faster compared to analogue equipment?
It is 20 times faster than contact type analogue cutter. Difference of speed is even larger when cutting label with complicated shape.
Do you guarantee quality consistency when cutting the label?

What types of media does Any-cut support?
Any-cut supports various types of papers including papers which can be used in Any-001 (Art paper, PP, and PET).
However, papers containing metal element cannot be used in Any-cut.

Dedicated SW is provided as plug-in for Illustrator. It provides various cutting, marking and hatching functions. For instance, you can mark bar-code, QR code and serial number on label.

What are consumables for Any-cut?
Brush to remove dust is only a consumable required for Any-cut. It might be good to have cleaning tissue to clean lenses
What is duration for user training?
Two days for user training and three days for reseller training.
