Automatic Label Counter / Real to Real
The Automatic Label Counter efficiently counts labels on a roll, featuring rewind and unwind capabilities on a single machine. It accommodates various core sizes and can produce smaller label rolls from larger ones, including pre-set counts via an electronic counter. When the designated label count is reached, it emits an acoustic signal to halt operation. The device’s motorized turrets allow for adjustable rewind speeds, while the unwinder adjusts its speed automatically.
Capable of handling labels up to 5″ wide and rolls up to 10″ in diameter, the counter operates at 120 rpm and adjusts for core sizes between 1.57″ and 4.64″. The “CLM” model includes all the “CE” features with added functionality to stop automatically if a label is missing, detected by a sensor
